Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged to any new client who does not give 24 hours ’notice before missing their appointment. A cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged to any client who cancels on the day of, or does not show up to their appointment. Please note that if you book a new client appointment and decide not to go through with it, you will still be charged the full amount of the service.
